Skiing near Durango, Colorado

On good snow years the skiing near Durango is amazing. Often the weather pattern alternates each year favoring different parts of the country. Last year we had tons of snow. Other areas of the country will likely get hit hard, skiing near Denver will be good and road biking on La Posta is doable even on big snow years.  A ton of snow also means there will be great rafting in May and June throughout Southwest Colorado
