Nutritional Advice

Eating healthy is simple. Eat mainly local. Adding some non-local foods to your diet will also help build your immunity and tolerance to foreign foods.

Listen to your body. If you are craving a high carb diet there is probably a reason. Being healthy happens naturally. Quick fixes are rarely sustainable and likely lead to other problems

Set yourself up for success. Buy foods you want to have around and store foods you find less healthy out of sight or don’t buy them
